With the new intake manifold and the stock computer,
lost a little mid range TQ and hp (see above graphs) but if you look at
the full text sheets you will see a gain of 14 ft TQ at redline. For
testing purposes. We added a off the shelf chip from AA and made
another 5 HP and 2ft TQ and we gained back all the low and mid range HP
and TQ lost to the bigger intake runners. The car is still running a
bit rich so with a custom chip, we should see another 3-4 HP and better
low end TQ. The dyno graphs and numbers above are with the STOCK
computer. Also, with the AA chip, the HP curve hadn't peaked yet at 7200
RPM but we didn't want to spin the motor any higher with the stock valve
train. So there is more power there but you would need a
custom chip to take full advantage of it. After testing, the stock
computer went back in
